More About Staff Notation

1. Ledger Lines :

                                    We can add lines above or beneath the actual staff for our need.This lines are called ledger lines.

2. Measures :

                      Every bar(pieces of music between two consecutive bar lines) is called 1 measure of the music.You can see the measure counts on top of the bar lines ex. 1,2,3...

3. Tempo & B.P.M :

                                     Tempo is the speed of a music written as 

The left note used for denoting tempo & right hand side declares the tempo in the unit B.P.M.(Beats per minute).This means playing speed of this is 120 bpm or 2 beats per sec.
